I’ve never believed marketing begins with marketing. It begins with people. Why they choose. Why they stay. Why they tell someone else. Everything I’ve built throughout my career has started there.

Over the past twenty years I’ve naturally found myself working where creativity, branding, psychology, customer experience, executive leadership, technology, and business strategy intersect. I don’t see these as separate disciplines. I see them as pieces of the same puzzle.
